Conditions of sale for resellers and distributers

DEFINITIONS
Reseller or distributor: the person purchasing goods not for personal use, from the Supplier: (CORINNE DI C.F. - Via XXV Aprile 179 - 10042 Nichelino (TO) - ITALY - tel. (VAT#) IT09040780018) the company selling goods or services via:On line sale: the legally binding contract perfected exclusively through internet.
 

CHARACTERISTICS OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Characteristics of goods and services are described and represented in the on line catalogue.

PRICES
All selling prices are detailed in the on line catalogue and do not include VAT. Custom duties that might be collected by local governments outside the EU are also not included.
MINIMUN ORDER: € 100,00.

DELIVERY EXPENSES
Delivery expenses will be added as detailed in the appropriate section.

PRICES AND OFFER VALIDITY
Product prices are those detailed in the on line catalogue; further modifications  will be disciplined by Art. 1336 C.C.

MEANS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The client can pay goods and services as detailed in the on line payment pages: with credit card by MultiSafepay payment gateway, or with advanced bank transfer to be received by the bank of the supplier as detailed on the site. Bank transfers are the only acceptable mean of payment from abroad and for international supplies.

CONTRACT VALIDITY
The contract will be deemed valid when the purchaser has completed the following: Has correctly and fully filled in the personal and corporate data form
Has selected the form of payment of his choice Has accepted the terms of the contract by clicking on the final page of the order The purchaser is compelled to view and print a copy of this contract.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Goods will be shipped to the client using express couriers, freight forwarders, ground delivery couriers or the postal service, in the shortest possible time but for no reason will the seller be held responsible for any delay for whatever reason occurred. International shipments are on a F.O.B. basis (Free On Board).

RESPONSABILITY
The supplier will not be held responsible for delays or shipment cancellations due to whatever reason, including but not limited to the foregoing: car, ship or plain crashes, explosions, fire, acts of vandalism, strikes, riots, acts of war, earthquakes and other natural calamities, system crashes and other computer crashes that might affect the correct handling of the order. The supplier cannot be held responsible for any liability arising from such delays. Since international shipments are on a F.O.B. basis, the responsibility of the supplier ceases once the goods have been picked up by the designated courier of freight forwarder.

WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCE
The seller supply items of good material and workmanship; defective products must be reported within 15 days of delivery after which sales will be considered final. Returns must be agreed upon in advance.

VOIDING THE CONTRACT
The supplier has the possibility to resolve this contract by simply notifying the purchaser. He will have the only right to receive back any funds paid to the supplier as payment or as down payment on the goods.
The contract will be null and void if the purchaser does not fulfil his obligation to correspond the entire amount of the merchandise prior to the shipment.

LEGAL JURISDICTION
Every dispute arising from this contract and in the course of the relationship between seller and purchaser, shall be resolved in an italian court of law in Torino.
